Kanban Pro is a free, local-first kanban board with no accounts, no server, and no subscriptions.
Tasks live as Markdown tickets and YAML on disk, and the app just added an embedded terminal that runs Claude Code CLI directly inside a project.
A big chunk of users have started using it as a persistent memory layer for OpenClaw agents, letting local AI agents read and write their context, tool outputs, and task state straight into an offline board. Not what it was built for, but exactly what it turned out to be good at.
