Drop in any photo and this app turns it into a 3D mosaic, then films it growing tile by tile. You can 3D print every numbered tile, or get a real ceramic build kit with a laying map.
The builder gave Claude Code the idea and had it working about a day later. Opus ran six Sonnet agents in parallel to write it.
