salt.md: one workspace that Claude and Codex both pick up from
Every task gets a page. The agent reads the rules on it, does the work and leaves notes, so when the maker switches from Claude to Codex the next agent reads the notes and carries on.
Built mostly with Claude Code, and the app was built inside itself.
