How two AIs built the same steampunk whale
The same series of structured prompts went to Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5 to build a flying steampunk whale. Both modeled it in Blender through BlenderMCP, then moved it into three.js so it runs in the browser.
Opus used about $156 of API-equivalent tokens and Sonnet about $109. The creator says Sonnet surprised them but Opus is still clearly ahead on 3D.
