How AI painted the history of time with pure code
The whole history of time in one painted animation. It starts at the big bang, then moves through Earth, the first cells, dinosaurs, fire, farming, cities and screens, until it reaches the AI writing the code for this video, then shrinks back to a single dot.
Every frame is JavaScript. GPT-6 Astra wrote p5.js code with a brush library for the painted texture and rendered it in 4K. Because it is code and not a diffusion model, every layer and keyframe can still be edited.
