How a fan made this playable Pokémon battle in hours
A Pokémon gym battle rebuilt as a playable HD pixel art game. Brock sends out Geodude, you pick your moves, and the attacks, effectiveness messages and health bars all work like the originals.
A fan built it in a couple of hours with Claude Opus 5.5. An image model made the background, but the sprites, sound effects, music and animations were all generated by the AI from reference images. It is a free fan demo, not affiliated with Nintendo.
