A 3D-printed robot lamp that moves like a character

A fully 3D-printed desk lamp now moves like an animatronic character instead of a rigid robot. After three months of work it reads depth from its own camera and animates inside a custom editor.

The whole system runs on ROS 2 with safety monitors that stop motion if a joint drifts off trajectory. Next goal is autonomous behavior and real-world interaction.
