Nobody laid out this city, an AI agent built it from one line

Nobody laid out this city. The brief was a single instruction to build an open-world game, and after that it ran on its own - choosing the city, the districts, the road network, the buildings, the traffic, the pedestrians and the weather, with no further direction. What you are watching is the result driving around its own world.

The builder is blunt that it is rough and posted it anyway, which is the honest and more interesting version. The point is not that this competes with a studio game - it obviously does not. The point is that the layout decisions, the ones that normally take a level-design team months of blocking out and arguing over, got made autonomously and produced something coherent enough to drive through. That baseline moves fast.
