This sandcastle simulator actually behaves like real sand

A developer built a full sandcastle simulator where the sand actually behaves like sand. You pack it, shape tiers, plant flags and umbrellas, and the tide creeps in along the edge of the map while a moisture meter tracks how wet and packed each section is. It has a soft, papery art style that makes the whole thing feel like a children's book you can play inside.

The wild part is how it was made, roughly eight hours of work and about 99 percent of it from a single prompt, then open sourced. It is a small but striking example of how far one prompt now goes when the model can hold an entire interactive physics toy in its head.
