A dentist spent his weekends building a full clinic management app
A dentist and former Claude Code competition winner spent most of his weekends this year building DentVault, a full clinic and patient management app from the ground up. It handles dental charting, treatment planning on a chart overlay, IOTN charting, templated documentation, and a calendar with per-patient appointment stats.
It is a real end-to-end practice tool built by a clinician rather than a software company, with a built-in cephalometric analyzer and the whole project open on GitHub.
