He turned Claude Code into a 3D character that lives in a room
A game dev got tired of watching Claude Code scroll past in a plain terminal, so he built Termi Protocol, a desktop app where your AI agent works as a character inside a 3D room. When it reads a file the character scans a paper, when it edits code the activity shows up on its monitor.
On top of the room there is a Kanban board for agents, session restore, a shared project memory, and gamification, you collect coins, clean the room, and adopt a pet that grows or gets stressed depending on how you treat the project.
