Pomegranate is a 30-minute AI-generated sci-fi short about a world where people upgrade themselves with cybernetic augments, and what quietly disappears each time they do. One line from the film says it plainly: "and with every upgrade something was lost."
It's a rare case of AI video being used for something other than a demo reel, an actual attempt at a story with a point of view.
